KEY REQUIREMENTS
Management Trainee Applicants should be fresh graduates who have completed NYSC
B.Sc, HND certificate (Min. Second Class Lower / Lower Credit)
Professional certifications (Mandatory for Finance, Audit and HR roles)
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
5+ years experience (2+ years managerial experience) for managers
2+ years relevant experience for other roles
High level of Integrity and professionalism
Valid driver’s license (for field-based roles)
Zonal Managers/ Educational Sales Reps must reside in location of application

Qualification & Experience
- BSc /HND in Marketing or any related discipline with a minimum of second-class lower division or lower credit
- Minimum of two (2) years cognate experience in sales/marketing
- Ability to work independently and strategically
- Good driving skills with valid driver’s license
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the publishing industry and familiar with the operating terrain
- Not more than 35 years of age
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) will be an added advantage
Job Description
- To promote and seek order for Higher Educational Books
- Visit various higher (tertiary) institution to solicit business
- Sell Higher Educational Books and other reading books to booksellers
- Mount exhibitions at book fairs, seminars and conference
